Surrounded by water on all sides, Taiwan can be seen as both an island country and marine country. For visitors to Taiwan, the proximity of the ocean to urban centers is a great advantage. The majority of Taiwanese have a passing familiarity with the ocean, but many aspects remain unfamiliar. Perhaps due to historical or sociological factors, the local population tends to view the ocean with various degrees of awe or fear and there is a lack of attention to—and knowledge of—marine environments.

四面環海的臺灣可以是海島國家也可以是海洋國家，城鄉與海的距離，總是近到令外國旅人羨慕。海，放鬆、愜意的聯想意象，是大眾度假的第一連結。而位於島嶼之南的青洲濱海遊憩區是大鵬灣潟湖出唯一的出海口，不僅背倚大鵬灣、面向臺灣海峽，還可眺望小琉球，擁有蔚藍的海洋、陽光和沙灘，無庸置疑，是度假最直接嚮往的理想景點。

The public tends to associate the ocean with positive experiences such as vacations and relaxation. Located on the southern tip of Taiwan, Qingzhouwan Village sits at sole estuary for the Dapeng Bay Lagoon. Shielded by Dapeng Bay, the area’s blue waters and sandy beaches face the Taiwan Straits and overlook nearby Xiaoliuqiu. Taken together, the area ticks all the boxes for what the public could hope for in a vacation destination.

佔地7. 6 公頃的大鵬灣青洲濱海遊憩區，沿途景致，佔有絕大優勢利基，本計畫，便是期望透過美學行旅整合概念策劃，聚焦並建構品牌核心價值，結合在地旅遊資源、漁村人文，以景出發，創造沉浸式的感官體驗，期望青洲濱海遊憩區將成為南臺灣重要的旅程中繼站，並賦予濱海遊憩產業再定位。
The 7.6-hectare Dapeng Bay Qingzhouwan Village offers amazing scenery throughout and occupies a particularly appealing niche in terms of local vacation destinations. This plan looks to combine aesthetics and travel concepts to focus on, and ultimately establish, a set of core brand values. Integrating local tourism resources and fishing village culture with the area’s scenery, the goal is the creation of an immersive sensory experience. Through the above, we hope that Qingzhouwan Village will become one of southern Taiwan’s “must visit” tourist destinations and favorably position the coastal recreation industry in regards to future development.
